Who we are?

Since 1994, we've been keeping up NCD (Network Communication Design), according to the growth of the Internet. NCD is a voluntary group and work for non commerce and non profit purpose.

We keep and update the main contents: HTML Design Guide, and Style Sheet Guide. It takes a long time to update, because it's a voluntary work and usually we have other work.

We would like to make NCDesign site more useful and better.
